We would like to take the opportunity to thank the team at Bathroom Bizarre’s Cape Gate Lifestyle Branch, especially Brandon and Justin the Branch Manager for their help and assistance in the renovations to our house. Their client- and after sales service is really top notch. They really went out of the way to assist us.

Good day I would just like to commend you on your Milnerton Store.
I am doing bathroom renovations and have been to some of your competitors. By accident I found you site on the website when I was looking at different taps.
At the one competitor I could not find anyone to assist me and when I did - they did not have the information I needed and were not equipped to assist me at all, needless to say, I walked away with not buying anything and feeling very frustrated and disappointed.
I then went to the next competitors in Milnerton and the staff had a fair amount of knowledge, but one felt that they were just trying to sell you as much as they could. In the middle of assisting me they would keep leaving me to grad the next person walking through their doors. Very frustrating as I now had to wait while they helped somebody else.
Walking into your store was such a treat. Your layout is fabulous and the staff all very friendly. I was very lucky to be looked after by Gushin Kammies. He listened to me and quietly showed me the different products that I was looking for. He was not overbearing and shopping with him in your store landed up being one being such a pleasure. I landed up buying more than what I anticipated doing and am delighted with the products.
Gushin is one very special person, he clearly understands his customers and is very professional in dealing with people. When there was no stock on certain items, he took the trouble to find the stock at other stores. He went the extra mile for me and I will be recommending him and your store to all my family, friends and clients.

The courier has just delivered the handles for the bath.  Thank you very much for your assistance and professionalism. We have bought most of our products for current refurbishing directly from your branch in Nelspruit but it is far from where we live so online was the next best option.  The service was and is as good as we have received from Jan in your Nelspruit Branch.

Johnny Lamprecht was very efficient and needs to be recognized for his excellent service.  I wish more people could take lessons from him. 

I phoned Xavier street and I was informed that only next year February 2018 stock will be available.
I emailed and William Gafane came back to saying that he will only know tomorrow when he gets stock from his warehouse.
I assumed that the stores are online to each other and they could have given the same service as Johnny.
In conclusion, some people are extremely efficient.

Dear Sir I would like to compliment Benton on the excellent Customer service experience I receive from him in Nov/Dec 2017.

Prior to walking into your store, I had been to several bathroom Bizarre stores looking for a standard unit for a bathroom. Not one of the other stores was prepared to assist as the standard answer I got was the factory is closed. When I told Benton my story, he took initiative and sourced a unit from his stores, called the granite people to assist in cutting a granite top. He Kept me informed all along the process and ensured we got what we needed in time.

It is rare that you find such great Customer Service and would really like Benton to receive the recognition and thanks he deserves, He is an asset to bathroom Bizarre and trust he will go far in his career.

In 2010 I purchased a Tivoli sink mixer from your Tokai branch, and it's recently started leaking. In my efforts to track down a new cartridge for this tap, I had the pleasure of speaking to Michael at your Tokai branch yesterday,

and was bowled over by the amazing recommendations and service he gave me - particularly considering that Bathroom Bizarre no longer even stock the Tivoli range. Michael phoned the supplier in Johannesburg on my behalf, and called me back within minutes, to say that as the supplier had discontinued my specific tap, the cartridge would also have been discontinued; and as the tap was less than 10 years old, the warranty would still apply, and the supplier was prepared to supply me with a new replacement tap! I couldn't believe the trouble Michael had gone to. He was a pleasure to deal with, and solved my problem by putting me in touch with the supplier. My new tap is due for delivery next week.

I have never encountered such excellent service before! Michael could so easily have told me that Bathroom Bizarre no longer stock Tivoli products, and yet he went the extra mile to help me, and solve my problem! Needless to say, for my next 'bathroom purchase', I will be heading straight back to Bathroom Bizarre! Well done and "thank you" to Michael! If only more companies would pay attention to the importance of exceptional customer service, particularly in these tough economic times!
